Because of our GCPs constraint term, low texture regions obtain guided information when they are ﬁnding matching pixels. Also, our new space computing method combine the strengths of PatchMatch with GC. The both strengths contribute the improvement of accuracy. Figure 1 illustrates the results evaluated on the Middlebury system. Row 3 shows our disparity results, from which we can clearly see that our results looks smoother and less artiﬁcial.
Based on standard deviation value, we estimate the edge region in the image. According to the edge information, we apply the blending function for adaptive weighting.
